Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days to either your home address or directly to the clinic.

Home deliveries are shipped through Purolator. Due to high volumes across the ecommerce industry, Purolator no longer requires a signature upon delivery. Purolator FAQ

Please note: The Leduc Animal Clinic is not responsible for orders that are stolen, damaged (including frozen, melted, or wet items), or otherwise compromised after delivery to your home. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the package.

Shipping costs vary based on the products ordered. Certain items may have additional shipping or handling fees due to size or weight. All shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout before your order is finalized.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Standard shipping is available across all Canadian provinces, though some restrictions may apply in certain areas. Delivery times may be longer for rural addresses, and Ship-to-Home may not be available in all locations. We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
